Community Development Coordinator

Job DescriptionThis position is a necessary key contributor role to grow our our Dual Eligible Special Needs (DSNP) opportunities, grow to #1 Market Share and maintain our strong MAPD presence in Pittsburgh/Western PA. The role will be focused on key activities to improve Enterprise/Aetna Medicare micro level geographic presence, build relationship/community influencer adhesion opportunities, generate leads and drive consistent growth/retention in the 2nd largest Medicare submarket in the country. Candidates will need to travel 50% of their working hours.Schedule:M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm with an occasional weekend for eventsRequired Qualifications- 3+ years experience in relationship building, account management, marketing, or inside/outside sales- Willing to travel 50% of the time- Will need to apply within 60 days for accident and health licenseCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
