Job DescriptionPrepare, review, and file regulatory documents. Research state law and regulations and make recommendations on regulatory policy. Evaluate compliance of company processes with regulatory requirements and procedures.Required QualificationsSERFF Filing experienceKnowledge of the regulatory insurance environment for the following products: Medicare supplement, standalone dental, whole life, hospital indemnity, short term recovery careThis position requires attention to detail, a high level of organization, and the ability to effectively communicate with other business areas. Candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently, asking questions as needed.
