Job DescriptionThis position can be Work From Home anywhere or in any office in the United States. This group provides support services, such as Document Imaging, Data Entry, Administrative Support and Mail. They make sure these behind-the-scenes business activities run smoothly on a daily basis.Family Summary/Mission- Provide the office support needed to ensure that business objectives are met.Position Summary/Mission- Provide a wide range of administrative duties for a manager or managers with regional or national scope. - Compiles and analyzes complex data for specialized reports, manages calendar, develops presentation material providing charts and graphs, and coordinate meeting agendas.Fundamental Components & Physical RequirementsSame components as Sr. Administrative Assistant and: - Responsible for coordination of meeting agendas and minutes Accountable for follow-up on issues identified in meetings (e.g., staff assignments, etc.)- Communicates and/or coordinates manager's instructions and requests with various individuals and/or departments. - Responsible for follow-up- Coordinates Mangers' outside professional and civic obligations- Prepares specialized reports, gathering, summarizing and analyzing data and developing recommendations for manager- Participates and/or leads special projects - May be authorized to approve expenditures up to assigned dollar amountRequired Qualifications- 3+ years administrative and/or technical support experience.- Experience with team support, project management and good presentation PowerPoint skills - Strong problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
