Pharmacy Manager - Specialty Pharmacy

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacist in Charge at our CVS Pharmacy Specialty Services facility located in Seattle, WAAs the Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist in Charge), you manage the administrative, financial, and operational aspects of our Specialty Pharmacy. You also direct and manage client services and pharmacy business functions with respect to clinical and customer services and pharmacy operations. You have responsibility for service performance, customer satisfaction and financial performance, and oversee all distributive and dispensing activity for the pharmacy. You play a vital role to: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and accreditation standards Manage out of state non-resident licensure including securing pharmacist licenses as needed Collaborates with other functional areas to support sales, operational and financial objectives of the specialty pharmacy services group as it relates to day-to-day pharmacy operations. You lead, develop, and provide direction to your colleagues while fostering a dynamic and progressive work environment characterized by integrity, commitment to excellence, and respect. An important part of this role is to communicate and implement company procedures for following all applicable internal controls necessary to comply with federal regulations and company policy.Required Qualifications 3+ years in a leadership role 5+ years as a practicing retail or specialty pharmacist Pharmacist license active and in good standing in WA available to manage off-hour emergency issues, patient/prescriber escalations, and facility issues.
