Client Services - Senior Coordinator

Job Description- Monitors pricing events from the PBM Finance system and generates Specialty cases as appropriate- Reviews cases routed to SpecialtyRx and ensures cases have adequate documentation prior to being routed to the configuration team- Extracts and uploads case documentation for cases that can be supported offshore- Supports reporting requests- Supports ad hoc data entry requests (i.e. project case generation, updating case information)Required Qualifications6+ months with RxCLAIM, RxClaim Query, EZTest, EZ Query, RxClaim Specialty Module, Plan Setup and Coding Adjudication System6+ months and Sharepoint experience .COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Pharmacy experience preferred3. Project Management Experience - Preferred4. Ability to assist with IT Projects (e.g. Requirements and UAT)5. Ability to support QA Reviews that do not require Pharmacy skills as needed - Preferred6. Proficient in use of MS Excel and Access - Preferred7. Well organized with the ability to effectively prioritize work8. Ownership and results driven9. Customer focused10. Attention to detail11. Able to meet aggressive turnaround time standards/client performance guarantees coupled with excellent quality12. Ability to effectively work within a team13. Flexible in adapting to change14.
