Quality Analyst

Job DescriptionPerforms daily audits of work performed by Case Specialists within the department to reduce and or eliminate future negative exposure due to errors.Once errors are detected responsible for submitting errors for correction. Also responsible to ensure proper procedures are in place and errors are actually corrected.Must ensure consistency and even amounts of work are being audited for each person.
