Job DescriptionAs Marketo Manager, Marketing for Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, the successful candidate will be expected to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) as it pertains to Marketo functionality within the organization.Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for:Staying current on trends, best practices and functionality updates as they pertain to Email, Email Strategies and Email Fulfilment, including but not exclusive to: Email fulfillment across the organization; List pulls and list management; Campaign creation and execution;Platform and database maintenance; Leading the ongoing platform integration efforts between Marketo, SalesForce, website and other platforms as applicable;Interface with key stakeholders within the business: Creation of meaningful metrics and KPIs; Reporting out on overall utilization and effectiveness of programs and platforms;Acting as Project Lead for specialty assigments: Interfacing with cross-functional associates and organizational leaders; Managing relationships with related outside vendors;Maintaining a strict focus to compliance and regulatory issues;other duties as applicable;This position will be housed within the Marketing Function, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing, but will be expected to interface with and support other company leaders/units as needed.Required QualificationsBachelors Degree or equivalent experience3-5 years experience as a Marketo expert, preferably within a face-paced, matrixed organizationProven success in platform integrationTime management skillsPrioritization skillsAbility to communicate and collaborate across business verticals, business units, and both up and downCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
