Job DescriptionThe Product Development Manager - Pharmacy Care Innovation and Advancement, will be responsible for leading a high-performing team focused on identifying and implementing Retail Pharmacy strategies to drive incremental growth, evaluate net new opportunities and achieve our mission of helping patients on their path to better health through improved customer experiences. You will be responsible for evaluating and executing upon a growth roadmap with your team, particularly focused on:- Evaluate, design, test-learn and implement new B2B and B2C growth strategies within Retail Pharmacy specifically around immunizations and diagnostics & testing portfolio- Partnering cross-functionally to identify client/customer needs and develop value-based opportunities that will contribute to a broader innovation/growth roadmap- Leading and contributing to quantitative analysis and critical communications to educate, influence and align stakeholders - Developing business cases, tracking progress against key milestones, and creating and implementing value-based metrics and analysis to measure outcomes- Responsibilities include, but not limited to: contributing to the diagnosis, solution development, and planning of multiple new strategic products and services that incorporate all company's assets and delivery methods - Delivering quantitative and qualitative analyses with slide presentations and storytelling that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand - Coordination and execution of pilot tests for a new idea in a set of stores with new formats (e.g. Health Hub)- Innovating on an existing or a new enterprise opportunity (e.g. high-potential products and services) including contributing to sizing and assessing the markets, identifying risks/benefits of opportunities, and recommending growth strategies - Assisting in creating executive level readouts and presentation materials for leadership. We want to uncover new opportunities to support our patients, develop innovative strategies to drive results and then operationalize these strategies across our enterprise, including the delivery of interventions through our ~9,800 pharmacies, ~1,000 Minute Clinic locations, and other enterprise assets (e.g., CVS Caremark, specialty, Coram). Your work will directly help improve patient health outcomes and directly contribute to the growth of our company. We're excited for this work - so we look forward to working with somebody who shares our passion and enthusiasmRequired Qualifications- 2+ years of (consulting or similar experience) in healthcare informatics, Health IT, electronic health/medical records, and healthcare data exchange experience required- 2+ years of demonstrated organizational skills (e.g. project management experience or managing cross-team/department initiatives with demonstrated success)- 2+ years of data analytics experience working with large data sets and using Excel, SQL, Python, and/or other equivalent analytics tools- Must be able to travel for meetings, events, etc., up to 10%COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
