In the Clinical Product Integration role, you will create and launch clinical protocol by partnering with key business leaders and operators, and partner directly with CVS enterprise matrix partners and clients, to deliver new clinical innovations aimed at improving the care experience and driving additional home dialysis growth.This candidate will be responsible for leading the development of the specific home dialysis initiatives, products, and services by partnering with various functions across the enterprise to ensure that more patients are able to achieve excellent clinical outcomes and a great experience.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of previous patient facing experience in a dialysis clinic required- 5+ years of work experience preferably in progressive health care roles required- Must be located in the Chicago, IL area- Must be able to travel locally at least 50% of the yearCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
