Job DescriptionBusiness Consultant supporting Renewal and Reporting operations. Provides day-to-day support to management regarding process improvements, initiatives to increase efficiency of operations, and efforts to streamline interactions with internal customers. Also assist with efforts to manage, track, and audit the increasing workload facing RnR team.Mentor, train, and guide RnR teams members is proper processes and procedures. Collaborate as required with RnR colleagues as well as other Meritain departments to design and execute new processes, ensuring complete and effective communication among all stakeholders.
