Job DescriptionSales Administration Manager to support Lead Management for internal and external local sales channels. Utilizes data to manage performance within the market to optimize sales results.Collects and analyzes data to provide reports and information to market sales leaders identifying market gaps and opportunities.Demonstrates integrity and does what's right.Collects results and analyzes performance metrics and other trend data (sales, membership, marketing, retention).Generates data to provide a complete view of market sales performance for opportunities and risk mitigationPresents data to sales leaders in a manner that is a "call to action" strategy. Provides market performance ROI data for lead programs and sales staff for broker mgr., incoming, and retention activitiesCloses sales leads utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to optimize and determine the most appropriate resources.Ensures integrity of all data in the customer relationship/lead management system ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and up to date.Ensures agent monitoring process is complete and data collected appropriatelyRequired QualificationsLead Management experience,Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access.Must be able to obtain a health insurance license within 90 days of employmentCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
