Sr. Manager Service Operations

Job DescriptionAetna Better Health of Illinois is seeking a Senior Manager of Service Operations with deep industry and operational experience. The Senior Manager of Service Operations will be responsible for: - Management and oversight of Encounters and Enrollment contractual obligations, policies, and procedures - Leading of IT related troubleshooting efforts related to State files (Medicaid Registration files, Share of Cost files, etc.) - Management of dedicated staff within the health plan - Leading implementations of new programs from an Operations perspective - Conducting end to end root cause analysis and remediation execution for the health plan's most pressing operational challenges - Serving as a key operational liaison with state regulator HFS- Leading PCP assignment efforts and automation within the Enrollment team- Providing bandwidth to health plan Operations Director and COO via leading of strategic cross-functional initiativesRequired Qualifications- 8+ Years of Healthcare Insurance Operations Experience- Medicaid Experience- Bachelor's Degree- Executive Report Writing- Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)- Strong Communication skills (written and oral)COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
