This team guides the strategic roadmap, prioritization, and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, in-store experiences, and digital touchpoints that deepen relationships with our customers and patients. What you will do:The MBA Consumer Marketing Intern will be in a unique position to work closely with a variety of cross functional teams across Pharmacy, Health Services, and Front-Store Retail - including other Marketing teams, Business Partners, Merchandising, Digital, and various centers of excellence to drive fully integrated marketing strategies. This includes: Owning 1-2 strategic projects that showcase your ability to leverage consumer insights, market trends, and internal data to determine addressable/attainable business opportunities and translate them into an effective marketing plan Build high quality executive level presentations outlining consumer activity, strategic roadmaps, and recommendations Drive marketing strategy, inclusive of targeting, channel recommendations, and creative briefing Develop strong, collaborative relationships with partners across the marketing organization This role will have the opportunity to be exposed to all areas of Marketing organization including Digital Media, eCommerce, Loyalty and Personalization, Operations, Public Relations and Marketing Analytics.Required Qualifications 2+ years of professional work experience Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills Demonstrated leadership experience and initiativeCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
