Job DescriptionAs the Clinical Program Manager in Specialty Pharmacy, you will partner strategically with Specialty Trade and pharmaceutical manufacturer clients to design and deliver services that differentiate CVS Health as the premier Specialty Pharmacy provider. You will serve as the enterprise clinical subject matter expert for an assigned set of therapies and stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure CVS Health has programs that optimize patient care and clinical outcomes.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:o Develop relationships and enhance partnerships with Specialty pharmaceutical manufacturerso Present clinical services and therapy capabilities to external clients to secure product access and gain incremental market shareo Monitor the pipeline and manage all clinical aspects of new product launcheso Develop and deliver clinical education and training to internal and external customersA strong clinical background with a high level of independent judgement and initiative is required. You will serve as the clinical expert on key business initiatives and provide insight into strategic planning.
