Job DescriptionThe IT Budget Management Director will play a vital role in our IT Retail Division. In this role you will be accountable for developing and supporting aspects of IT Retail's budget strategies and providing key stakeholders with clear and accurate information that supports planning and decision making with the budget and impact to P&L. You will be responsible for the evaluation of current and future-state processes, policies, and procedures and implementing required changes to achieve goals and objectives.Responsibilities - Analyze and recommend new strategies, make analytical judgments, and provide data intensive analyses to drive strategy setting and decision making. Prepare financial models, regular and ad hoc reports and ensure alignment with plan. Responsible for leading discussions/reviews for quarterly and annual forecast planning and work with Corporate Finance function to align with guidance Provide leadership to employees that perform IT Retail budgeting and analysis work. Will be accountable to train internal and external stakeholders on Retail budget practices, processes and policies Drive monthly resource reporting and reviews of headcount and external labor costs. Partner with the enterprise Project Management Office and senior IT leadership on Capital projections Develop strategy and implement required process change in a highly complex environment. Accountable for preparation of various monthly/quarterly/annual reports for IT Retail Division leadership and Finance Understand and communicate variance explanations and ensure that investments and expenses are captured and reported correctly Work directly with IT Finance to ensure accurate allocation of actuals to plan. Must have a collaborative style and be able to work effectively in a matrix organization across functional groups Provides guidance to IT resources responsible for purchase orders/requisitions, contracts, change orders and invoices as required Will prepare and review Time and Effort reports, work with accruals, bill backs and recharges Mentor, train or oversee more junior, IT AnalystsRequired Qualifications 10+ Years of experience in Finance or a related field 5+ years accounting principles and practicesCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
