Job DescriptionThe Process Improvement Senior Analyst is responsible for designing continuous improvement plans to improve Member Communications Operations processes and drive efficiency. This resource will also manage the early stages of new and special projects to integrate them into standard process flows. This position is expected to: Execute and manage Process Improvement and Lean projects utilizing experience with Six Sigma methodology Maintain, analyze, and report metrics of continuous improvement projects Develop and document process standards and best practices Provide guidance and leadership when managing process changes Manage the integration of new and special projects (new communications products, etc.) into standard business processes Become a Subject Matter Expert in CVS Caremark's Member Communications Operations processes Coach others on how to apply continuous improvement methodologies Promote a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency Lead efforts across Member Engagement teams to pilot new and special projectsMaintain clear and constant communication with multiple areas of the business Other various work assignments as neededRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience utilizing Six Sigma designing continuous improvement plans, workflows and processes. Must have Marketing operations, PBM, or other health care experience. Strong analytical skills Superb process development and management skills Knowledge of and experience with marketing workflow tools such as Aprimo. Established track record with making cross-functional decisions impacting business processes and results. Ability to communicate with and manage expectations of people in a cross-functional environment. Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude and approach to getting work completed. Reliable, resourceful, flexible when necessary, and known for a sense of initiative.
