The Pharmacy Network segment of CoverMyMeds at McKesson is looking for a Program Manager that will provide leadership for the delivery of large complex strategic initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for cross-organization collaboration with Sr. Leadership, Business Owners, Product Development, Implementations, Account Management and others. The ultimate effort is to ensure that our delivery teams are positioned to produce successful repeatable business outcomes for our external customers and internal stakeholders in an efficient and optimized manner. Key Functions & Responsibilities: Own large, cross-functional initiatives and help identify the breakdown the various workstreams required for success. In many cases, the initiatives will be for new solutions. Be accountable to drive assigned initiatives within Pharmacy Network, foster meaningful collaboration and alignment. Ensure success criteria for the initiative are created, tracked and aligned with the necessary milestones to deliver successful outcomes. Provide support to Business Owners for structuring their Business Case and MVP or Customer Pilot engagement. Ensures customer satisfaction and customer retention by partnering with the Account Management and Implementation teams for consistent and productive customer engagement. Represents the company by consistently demonstrating McKesson's ICARE shared principles. Project Manage required development initiatives in support of the overall program when necessary. Critical Skills / Experience 5-10 years demonstrated ability internal partnerships, aligning on common goals and producing a successful outcome (project management, account management or implementations lead) Leadership Multi-tasking ability Ability to service large complex customers and/or solutions Time management Project management Strategic problem solving and decision making ability Strong communication skills (written, listening and speaking) Strong cross functional personal skills Ability to effectively manage conflict Excellent listening skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority across all levels and functions Passion and enthusiasm for results and success Strong aptitude to meet contractual processes and procedures Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite including intermediate Excel Additional Knowledge & Skills Preferred industry experience: healthcare IT, implementations, account management, project management Previous integration experience a bonus Attention to detail Ability to coach others Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently as well collaboratively in a team environment Education BS/BA in Education, Computer Science, or Business Administration or equivalent experience Travel Requirements Approximately 10% McKesson is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
