Join the Interoperability, Transparency and No Surprises Act Program Management Office (PMO) team with Aetna, a CVS Health company, working on State Transparency regulations that will be implemented in a multi-year program. As a Senior Manager Product Owner of Transparency Regulations, you will be responsible for program execution and leading the implementation of functionality and capabilities in support of federal regulations and technical standards. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment to implement product vision and product development with a clear focus on regulatory, customer and end-user needs. As part of the Interoperability and Transparency team, you will work collaboratively with Architecture, Compliance, IT, Legal and the PMO to deliver technology to comply with the regulations. The Product Owner is essential to ensuring the development team's need for product direction and a core component of the position is understanding the detail of the regulations. Length of project may run multiple years in duration.Additional Responsibilities of the Senior Manager Product Owner include:- Partner with Transparency and No Surprises Act Product Owners by identifying gaps between state and federal regulations and recommending enhancements related to new and/or existing solutions- Collaborate across the enterprise and business segments to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed- Oversee product development stages and evaluates product process at each iteration by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization- Responsible for development and implementation of new ideas that supports work and team- Manage the product backlog and document stories, objectives, and features- Drive IT prioritization- Coordinate with Program UAT Lead to complete testing- Influences change to improve performance results, organization effectiveness, systems, quality and/or services- Prepare and participate in Program Increment Planning (PI) by collaborating with IT and Architects - Assist others to identify solutions to issues that negatively impact program and/or project planThis role is a work from home/remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States.Required Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of healthcare and/or health insurance industry experience- 4 years or more of Product Owner and/or Business Analyst experience - At least 4 years or more of experience working in an Agile environmentCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
