Full Stack Development Engineer

Job DescriptionVS Health's Enterprise Digital unit is looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to help Safe Agile development team(s) in building digital personalization products for CVS Health. The engineer will implement solutions using full stack for Java, JavaScript and Micro-services leveraging TDD and CICD. Will partner with product team(s) to translate product strategy into high-performance code and in creating advanced capabilities. The full stack engineer as part of an agile team owns development and digital product delivery, while adhering to SAFE agile principles put forth. Job Responsibilities: Participates in PI feature scoping (PI), discovery and helps translates user features into application design Participates in iteration planning to help create solid backlog with technical input in close partnership with product team Participates in daily cross functional team standups, end of iteration retrospectives while encouraging team engagement with empathy UI Development using HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX for interactive cross browser functionality Review, Identify and resolve problems concerning business or computer system design, programming, or operational effectiveness, including business process design and workflow Collaborating with team to define innovative solution for product design, visuals and experience Implement interaction between frontend and backend using the JSON object Is responsible in defining, implementing, and enforcing quality practices in the team organization to ensure internal controls, quality and compliance policies and standards Works with team Architect to enhance the application functionality, add new features and actively involved in code review and code quality check process Develop, write reusable and testable code and document additional modules and interfaces to existing applications using TypeScript and web technologies and to native applications using JAVA and Objective C technologies Responsible for creating prototypes using test routes and libraries to demonstrate the features and APIs Works closely with all the developers and architect during design, analysis, development and unit testing Engagement in Scrum Meetings for technical design, decision making, problem solving, implementation, strategic planning and reviews Participate in Team meetings to ensure that applications adhere to organization's architectural guidelines and visionsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience working with and using libraries, tools, and frameworks such as: Nodejs, Angular 8+, React3+ years of experience working with XML, JSON, HTML, CSS and Java Script.2+ years of experience with Node.js development skills for enterprise-level applications.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
