Job DescriptionFortune 4 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Director Identity and Access Management to join our dynamic team As the Director you will be responsible for leading one of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Build teams in Identity & Access Management within CVS Health's Enterprise Information Security organization. You will manage a team of IAM Engineers responsible for IAM solutions in Access Management Area to mitigate risk and deliver value to the enterprise.You will be a leader with an exceptional track record in IAM and should have a good understanding of IAM technologies, concepts, policies, processes, best practices, and solutions. You should also be knowledgeable about broader information security functions, including how IAM mitigates emerging threats. You will have experience leading and developing teams and demonstrated experience driving successful Engineering initiatives building enterprise tools and solutions. Responsibilities include:- Lead IAM Engineering teams implementing solutions for identity and access life cycle management in Azure, Google and AWS environments (Cloud IAM)- Lead teams building modern solutions for enterprise authentication and access controls, such as SSO, MFA, Federation etc.,- Advise and support I&AM management initiatives and collaborate with the I&AM team in support of building modern access management tools, including provisioning/remediation tools through automation - Partner with IT teams to ensure proper I&AM controls are implemented for existing and new systems - Develop and continuously mature an experienced and diverse I&AM team - Drive a culture of Dev Ops adoption for the planning and delivery of I&AM solutions - Participate in the roadmap and strategic planning with I&AM leadership - Stay current on security technology and trends in the I&AM space - Manage a large team supporting complex projects- Work closely with key stakeholders and partners to drive the implementation of the overall I&AM strategy The successful candidate will be experienced in managing and leading IAM teams and have knowledge of IAM protocols and standards. The successful candidate will also have the ability to drive engineering initiatives forward, develop a high performing team, and have stakeholder management skills with exceptional communication skills.Required Qualifications- Minimum 10 years of information technology experience- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience developing, managing and training of staff in an enterprise technology environment - Minimum 3 years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
