Medicare Enrollment Processor - Remote

Job Description- Resolve enrollment processing and customer issues using all available resources including process flows and CMS guidance- Complete processing of enrollment transactions - Make outbound call attempts to obtain required member information- Identify training opportunities and/or reference resources to improve knowledge and processing skills.
