Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Coordinator, you play an integral role in delivering effective solutions for our patients. You will provide support to our Specialty Infusion members which includes taking payments and resolving inquiries. In this role, you will answer questions regarding charges, insurance, and billing; monitor the review of patient liabilities for payment status and provide excellent customer service. To be successful in this role you must work independently, maintain availability to answer inbound phone calls while managing multiple tasks, prioritizing issues as they arise and have experience working with Excel, Outlook, and Word.We offer instructor led training programs to set you up for success, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that begins the first of the month after your start date and includes medical, dental and vision insurance as well as supplemental benefits, retail discounts and paid time off.
