As part of CVS Health, we're revolutionizing the consumer health care well-being journey.The Sales Executive will help PayFlex build our business in the national accounts, middle markets, small group markets, distribution channel, group insurance and specialty products areas. Their goal is to meet customer needs and help them make better decisions and about their health care and health care spending. This position can be worked remotely within the United States.Fundamental Components Cultivate strong, productive and influential relationships with brokers/consultants, customers, and peers focusing on the larger or more complex accounts/prospects. Implements strategies necessary to attain sales objectives in assigned areas. Manage complex negotiations Position products, rate levels, and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue. Manage the integration of client's and internal organizations to meet client's installation needs and close the deal. Provide expertise in difficult renewals. Identify various ways to partner with the client by drawing from entire spectrum of product line. Gain understanding of client's multifaceted needs and recommends appropriate benefits of full product array (e.g., fully vs. self-insured, combination of products and/or covers a range of industries). Collaborate with account management and underwriting for renewals on assigned book of business. Provide effective presentations to Aetna constituents.Required Qualifications 4 plus years of experience in sales/account management working with consultants and brokers who work with very large sophisticated commercial and government plan sponsors. Broad and deep relationships in the large national account client /prospect, consulting and key broker communities. Track record of success selling benefits/financial services and wellbeing services to large plan sponsors. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
