Job DescriptionAccountable for review and/or handling of quality audits. Uses analytical and statistical techniques and tools to evaluate and model business processes. Influences enhancements to business processes and systeminfrastructure to improve quality data. Utilizes quality assurance methodologies to review aspects of the organization.Required QualificationsPerforms audits including, but not limited to quality management andprocedural documentation, in accordance with company policies.Conducts contractually required customer audits.Obtains required data from the appropriate source (financial, systems,billing, etc.). Conducts audit and analysis; provides evaluation offindings. Develops and delivers recommendations or findings in areport format suitable to the audience.Has subject matter knowledge in functional areas of responsibility,providing recommendations for the development of creative solutionsfor new audit tools, products, processes and non"standardrequirements. This includes developing a cost benefit analysis and/orjustifying business rationale, as well as partnering with other businessareas in the development of the above. ()Performs audits including, but not limited to quality management andprocedural documentation, next layer internal audits , in accordancewith company policies. Conducts contractually required customeraudits.Uses analytical and statistical techniques and tools to evaluate andmodel business processes. ()Influences changes/enhancements to business processes, trainingmaterials, policies, and system infrastructure to improve information.()Determines and communicates impacts on business processes, systemsand products from legislative, regulatory and compliance changes inarea of responsibility.Develops solutions that meet the business requirements whileminimizing business and financial risks. ()Evaluates measurement results and explain the implications. ()Examines customer feedback and other measures of quality. ()Coordinates the development of training. May deliver advancedtraining and may provide guidance or expertise to quality staff andindividuals from the Training unit.Creates communication strategies and presentations for both internaland external customers to educate and address continuous qualityimprovement initiatives ()May support sales and marketing in their efforts to acquire and retaincustomers [e.g., responding to RFP's (Request for Proposal), qualitypresentations, request for measurement information] ()Uses analytical and statistical techniques and tools to evaluate andmodel business processes ()Translates complex data into constructive data and information andmakes recommendations ()Works with management to assure follow"up re"evaluation activitiesoccur when deficiencies are identified. Recommends corrective actionwhen appropriate.
