Job DescriptionCommunicates with customer benefits staff and packages messages to effectively engage the client and demonstrate the Aetna value proposition. Executes tactical components of the account team's business plan for each customer Consistently monitors product lines and services to ensure customer needs are met. Seeks to optimize customer interaction and provides recommendations based on customer needs Collaborates cross-functionally to identify, implement and monitor the customer's service efficiencies, including performance guarantees Follows through on outstanding issues, by collaborating with other functional areas, including claims and customer service areas, to resolution Collaborates with team members on case installation to manage the integration of client's and Aetna's internal organizations, ensuring a smooth installation Manage the communication and notification of process or network changes and articulate the specific impact for assigned customers Supports the implementation and utilization of service efficiencies including auto-adjudication, Aetna Voice Advantage and Navigator Supports the customer's overall profitability objectives and helps with the financial management objectivesRequired QualificationsStrong communication and organizational skills to manage an assigned book of business. Ability to seek out cross sell opportunities for assigned customer. Strong collaboration and presentation skills.
