Job DescriptionAccount Manager owns primary relationship with client for PayFlex reimbursement and HSA products. Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the client. Main point of contact for all client questions and concerns. Identifies client specific issues, identifies solutions and may lead resolution working with other operational areas. Collaborates with other account managers within the CVS organization and outside consultants and brokers to achieve growth and renewal objectives. Ensure successful retention of assigned clients, inclusive of all events within the AMs control by responding timely and providing excellent service.Required Qualifications- 3+ years customer service experience- Demonstrated ability to perform in complex situations- Experience presenting educational material or compelling story to clients- Demonstrated problem solving skills- Clear and concise writing skills to effectively communicate with clients and brokers- Ability to prioritize numerous tasks- Education H.S. or EquivalentCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
