Job DescriptionAs a Tier 2 Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager environment including deployment, patch management and system maintenance. The Tier 2 Support Analyst is essential to ensuring that both small and large scale application deployments happen efficiently. The Tier 2 MECM Support Analyst is responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring large scale extended deployments, maintenance of the MECM infrastructure and monthly patching activities. This role will also be responsible for assisting with the implementation of CVSH's InTune and Co Management strategy. Additional responsibilities of the Tier 2 Support Analyst include: - Monthly and emergency end point patching, including the OS and select third party applications. - Involvement in extended projects over the course of several months. - Day to day maintenance of the MECM environment - Troubleshooting and resolution of tier 2 MECM endpoint issues. - Creation and maintenance of MECM baselines.- On call rotation will be mandatory.- Creation and implementation of automation to help with overall day to day tasksRequired Qualifications3+ years experience with Windows 10 workstations.COVID RequirementsCVS Health requires its Colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 10 days of your employment.
