Job DescriptionThe primary functions of this position, under the supervision of the Director, are to (1) contribute to activities that generate evidence about the CSR & Philanthropy department's progress toward having a positive impact on communities; (2) facilitate the department's use of evidence for strategic decisions about programs and processes; and (3) support financial management of department resources through reporting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance and governance requirements are met. The Senior Analyst will help design and execute qualitative and quantitative data collection plans to support ongoing evaluation of the department's major initiatives. The Senior Analyst will develop efficient workflows for responding quickly to requests for programmatic and financial data from internal and external stakeholders. S/he/they will work in a highly collaborative manner with business partners across the enterprise, contractors, vendors, and nonprofit organizations receiving grant funding from CVS Health and CVS Health Foundation.Required Qualifications Minimum 3 to 5 years in Grant Software / Platform (i.e., CyberGrants) Minimum 3 to 5 years in Data management and analytics, data / financial reporting, research or evaluation designCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
