Sr Analyst FPA

Job DescriptionThis position will function as key collaborator to the health plan CFO and other departments in the local market in order to achieve plan financial results. Position will ensure all internal and external reporting is accurate, timely, and maintained properly. It is also a major contributor to the planning and forecasting process. Ability to collaborate with key functional support areas including actuarial, provider contracting/network, informatics, and central finance is critical for this role1. Prepare monthly SG&A cost reconciliation and analysis in coordination with central finance team.2. Complete monthly medical expense reconciliations.3. Participate in completing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for the plan through collaboration with business partners.4. Provide data and reporting necessary to fulfill State regulatory reporting requirements.5. Coordinate monthly review of provider capitation reporting in conjunction with the provider network team.6. Represent the Finance team in health plan meetings requiring finance participation.7.
