Job DescriptionOpen to any US location, but regardless of where you reside, ask that you match a Central time zone need for availabilitybswift is currently seeking an Analyst to join our growing team. The Analyst will be responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by implementing and maintaining our specialty services. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Help manage and provide technical guidance through the implementation of new client specialty services (Dependent Verification, Evidence of Insurability, Death Claims, Power of Attorney, etc.) Create and review requirements documents to ensure they are in line with our best practices Create and review processing guides using requirements document templates Train Project Specialists on newly implemented processes Complete system configuration and testing Serve as coach and mentor to peers Participate in system testing Identify process efficiencies and submit enhancement tickets as needed Help train and onboard new hires Responsible for special projects as assigned Provide open communication in a pleasant, professional manner with a can-do attitudeRequired Qualifications 1+ years of professional experience with analysis and data management Experience with databases, as well as data interpretation and data manipulation Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions Ability to adapt, operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material Strong analytical skill set and ability to effectively use data for strategy High level of productivity, reliability, organization and attention to detail Help foster a diverse and inclusive work environmentCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
