UAS Assessment RN

Job DescriptionAssessment RN to conduct our DOH required annual and interval UAS assessments. This will be a remote telehealth role, with a mix of in-home assessments in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Suffolk, and Nassau. Must be willing to travel within 1-2 of our service areas as needed.Required Qualifications-3+ years' experience an RN in NY -1+ years' experience as a UAS assessor -Bachelors' degree in nursing-Ability and willingness to do in person visits within our service area of NYC and Long Island as needed.
