Job DescriptionCoram/CVS Health is looking for a high-energy customer service professional to join our Coram team as a Sr. Rep Benefit and Billing Specialist This rewarding opportunity allows you to work closely with multiple teams and insurance providers to verify coverage and billing criteria for in-home IV therapy for Coram's patients. We believe that Benefit and Billing Specialis are a key part of creating a positive experience for our patients. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for verifying benefit and billing coverage criteria, training new team members, and drive team performance metrics. You will be responsible for the integrity and quality of the team performance.This is a full-time benefited position and is NOT through an agency. Typical hours for this role are Monday to Friday between 8:30am-5:00pm. With some overtime based on business need. As a Sr. Benefit and Billing Specialist you will... Maintain the integrity of patient benefit verifications Drive team engagement and department KPIs Research to obtain any missing, new, or revised data Work closely across departments Work assigned projects Manage a shared mailbox Daily communication with reps to provide training and assistance Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting as designated by SupervisorWith Coram/CVS Health, you'll have an exciting opportunity to utilize your healthcare and customer service experience with a team who are passionate about making a difference in patient's lives. Minimum 1 year of Coram experience Data entry experience.
