Job DescriptionThe Manager, Healthcare Quality Project Management will participate in data analyses and reporting, quality improvement projects and activities for the MMP/Duals population. This role supports internal quality workgroups, all plan payer meetings and workgroups with external partners and meetings with the Ohio Department of Medicaid. This work supports the team's compliance/regulatory and National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) requirements.You will be joining a dynamic team in our quality management department who are working toward improving health outcomes, health equity and partnerships to improve the delivery and quality of healthcare. This will include: Active participation in workgroups Delivers Quality information to internal and external constituents via written and verbal communication Provides support for HEDIS quality initiatives This position is fully remoteRequired Qualifications 3-5 years' experience in healthcare or managed care quality management, data management Knowledge of excel, data informatics and analyses, quality improvement and HEDIS measures Health informatics Familiarity with SQL Strong communication skills with internal and external partners Must possess a high level of organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation Ability to take initiative and see tasks to completionCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
