Job DescriptionThis program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that starts on June 6th, 2022 and will end on August 12, 2022.Location: This will be a work-from-home positionThe CX Measurement Intern supports the Customer Experience measurement program with data analysis, reporting, and scorecards. In addition, this role will assist with the Enterprise intuitive to transition all CX measurement programs to a single platform (Medallia). Primary Responsibilities:1. 1. Support CX projects; this includes analysis, reporting, and presentation building2. 2. Utilize CX Platform to conduct ad hoc data pulls and perform Text Analytics to identify customer pain points and areas of delight3. 3.
