Job Description- Under the strategic direction of the Health plan leadership, the Housing Administrator works in collaboration with the member, appropriate health plan staff and community organizations to promote housing stability for all health plan members. - This individual develops, oversees and manages housing programs to include grants, special housing planning initiatives as well as the growth and expansion of housing resource availabilityRequired QualificationsTwo or more years of experience in public sector, managed health care. Minimum of 2 years' experience in assisting the elderly and persons with disabilities to secure accessible, affordable housing through Federal (such as HUD, Shelter Plus Care, SAMHSA, and USDA), as well as, local programs. Broad knowledge of community resources.
