Job DescriptionJob Description The Manager of Store Colleague Experience is accountable for defining how the advancing core businesses values and improving technology operations will impact the overall retail store experience. By collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams, the Manager will assist the Store Colleague Experience Senior Manager or independently lead the initiative of implementing the ideal store experience for all in-store colleague and consumer facing initiatives. This position acts as an advocate for the end user calling for a collaborative spirit with the ability to strategize and supervise the creative and innovative solutions. Responsibilities Combine a deep innate passion for solving big customer problems, with an innovative and expansive mindset, and a strong focus on building and scaling new approaches and ways of operating Strategically scheme, organize, facilitate, and coordinate technology driven initiatives Ability to keep the pulse on in-store technology successes or identify key areas of opportunities Be a key leader and champion of the Net Promotor Score and interpreting the results while working with the appropriate teams to advance the user experience Develop strong partnership with Business Colleague Experience team and IT counterparts to gather "Colleague Insights" and help drive colleague satisfaction Create measurable metrics on systematic or technological enhancements Analysis key data points and make correlations of technology achievements to colleague satisfaction Collaborate with user researchers and designers (vendor and/or internal) through discovery, incubation of new concepts to pre-seed pitch stage and product implementation (user research, concept design/testing, business design and execution) Assist leading executive/senior stakeholder engagement, communications and buy-in for our discovery process and new business/solution concepts Responsible for meeting budgetary goals and objectives, operational plans, and performance requirements.
