Manager Contract Negotiation

Job DescriptionThis position will focus on NE/ND/SDNegotiates, executes, reviews, and analyzes contractsand/or handles dispute resolution and settlementnegotiations with smaller providers ( (i.e. local, individualproviders, small groups/systems) in accordance withcompany standards in order to maintain and enhanceprovider networks while meeting and exceedingaccessibility, compliance, quality, and financial goals andcost initiatives.
