Job DescriptionThis position will focus on NE/ND/SDNegotiates, executes, reviews, and analyzes contractsand/or handles dispute resolution and settlementnegotiations with smaller providers ( (i.e. local, individualproviders, small groups/systems) in accordance withcompany standards in order to maintain and enhanceprovider networks while meeting and exceedingaccessibility, compliance, quality, and financial goals andcost initiatives. This position will also include servicing providers within your assigned area.Required QualificationsProven working knowledge of competitor strategies,complex contracting options, value based contracting,financial/contracting arrangements and regulatoryrequirements.Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolutionand interpersonal skills.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
