Job DescriptionCome and join the HEDIS Medicaid Data and Reporting TeamThis position will be involved with the following:- Working collaboratively with internal/external business partners.- Providing analytic and reporting support to the HEDIS Data team. -Oversee and/or assist in creating complex queries, complex technical programming, and complex applications. - This team provides support to 16 Medicaid health plans, including analytics, data submissions, NCQA and State Medicaid HEDIS submissions.Required Qualifications- Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking ability.- Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams.- At least 2-3 years of experience with SQL and knowledge of SQL database architecture.- Ability to problem solve.- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.- Healthcare background and medical claims experience.- Experience interacting with external auditors.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
