Job DescriptionThe primary role of an Analyst will be to gain system knowledge in order to support onboarding and training initiatives. This is an entry level position that will develop and maintain training processes for internal Novologix (NLX) team members. The individual will work alongside Business Configuration Coordinators, Business Analysts, and Operations Managers. The position works closely with other business teams to manage onboarding items, provide training sessions, and create as well as maintain work instructions and procedures put in place for internal and external teams. This role also supports process improvement and efficiencies and enhances Novologix's onboarding/new hire processes. There are some cross-functional responsibilities to support other departments within NLX on an as needed basis.1. Support onboarding/new hire processes. Request and track access requests. Host new hire onboarding sessions. Maintain onboarding tracking and documentation.2. Assist NLX training team with creation and maintenance of work instructions and procedures put in place for internal and external teams.3. Provide training sessions on internal NLX functionality and/or systems for new hires and other internal NLX business teams.4. Work with Business Configuration Coordinators, Business Analysts, and Operations Managers to coordinate process changes and issue/problem resolutions as it relates to NLX training items.5. Host meetings to encourage suggestions for process improvements and promote employee engagement as our teams continue to evolve (primarily new hire and bi-monthly breakout sessions).Required Qualifications1. Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.2. Ability to deliver quality work on time; translates planning into action by following applicable established procedures or processes.3. Proactively monitors and controls task status to anticipate and address barriers; appropriately communicates, resolves, or escalates problems that arise.4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects, as well as contribute to the team.5.
