Job DescriptionThis is a full time telework position in Ohio. The Marketing Communication Account Manager provides writing, editing, project management and marketing communications consultative services to assigned businesses areas including member services and provider services. Proactive in advising multiple communications strategies for business area(s). Consults with customer(s)/ODM, which may include Senior Management, on marketing/communications initiatives critical to business unit success. Plans, researches, writes and edits communications materials (e.g., publications, marketing materials, ads, speeches, scripts, special events, trade shows, meetings). Manages communications projects (e.g., budget, resources, production, distribution, evaluation). Aids desktop publishing, print production, and fulfillment services for marketing/communication projects. Working with state customer to ensure that state-specific member and provider materials are reviewed/approved.Required Qualifications Ohio residency required. Professional with 3+ years professional communications or editorial work-related experience. Demonstrated expertise in communication or editorial work. Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, MS Teams, PDF, Adobe, etc. Ability to travel in-state as required up to 10% anticipated.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
