Fulfillment Manager - Pharmacy Dispensing

Job DescriptionDo you want to make an impact on a team and be a health care innovator? CVS Health Inc. has an opportunity for a Fulfillment Manager - Pharmacy Dispensing. You will be responsible for organizing and directing the activities of the Fulfillment team. Your primary objective is to ensure that prescription orders are filled, checked, and shipped in an efficient and cost-effective manner to achieve exceptional customer service and business profitability.Key responsibilities include: Direct the filling and shipping areas of the Fulfillment Center to meet customer deadlines and ensure that prescriptions are filled and shipped accurately and efficiently. Facilitate communication for problem resolution and changes occurring in the organization that may impact the workflow of the Pharmacy Fulfillment areas. Guide compliance with State and Federal regulations for designated teams. Meet with managers and directors of other departments to discuss cross-departmental issues and identify potential solutions. Provide motivation and management direction to staff to promote teamwork and customer service. Provide education and training opportunities to allow personal growth Monitor and review current contracts for pharmaceuticals, shipping, and other related supplies and services. Meet with vendors to ensure contract adherence and to negotiate enhancements to services provided.The successful candidate will be a leader who provides exceptional customer service by ensuring patients are responded to with accurate and timely information.Required Qualifications 5 or more years of experience in a production/operations environment Minimum 5 years management experience Must obtain Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification within 1 year of hire date.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
