Senior Network Engineer Analyst

Job DescriptionThis Sr Analyst, Network Eng supports Business Owners and Leads, using technical expertise and process knowledge, to deliver key Operations programs and/or initiatives of varying complexity (multiple initiatives simultaneously) - across the HCB platforms. Will be completing server post checks, group/share creations, FTP virtual directory creations, Windows servers migrations, and troubleshooting server share access issues. The role is responsible for interfacing and communicating at varying levels of the organization, including direct communication with cross-functional areas across the company; coordination with Operations, SMEs and IT teams will be key to success.Required Qualifications 3+ years experience in the following software platforms - Sharepoint, JIRA, and ServiceNow.3+ years experience troubleshooting access for groups, service IDs, and admin IDs.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Excellent communication skills/techniques. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to solve challenging issues and identify opportunities for improvement. Possess strong overall working and hands-on knowledge of group/share creations, virtual directory creations, setting permissions, and Server OS migrations. Demonstrated high level of integrity and independent judgement and initiative. Demonstrated strong and effective high quality execution to meet deliverables and tasks in appropriate timelines.
