Our CarePlus Specialty Pharmacy specializes in Oncology, MS, Hepatitis, HIV, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Transplant and Gastrointestinal diseases. As an Insurance Specialist you will be handing rejected claims and working towards resolution by initiating prior authorizations, monitoring claim status, working closely with prescriber offices and initiating appeals. In order to be successful in this role you will deal with a diverse customer base in a friendly and confident manner, work in a team environment and always be given the chance to learn/ grown in your career. You should be motivated, organized, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills along with the ability to learn new operating systems pharmacology and medical technology.
