You will work with a variety of business partners from across the enterprise to both support the development of innovative programs to improve patient outcomes as well as reduce cost and improve service efficiency across CVS Caremark.The Data Strategy Scientist is responsible for developing machine learning and other advanced models that drive business outcomes. You will also be responsible for accelerating the pace of innovation at CVS Caremark with high-impact actionable analysis and reporting. The Data Strategy Scientist is a key role in the organization. You will be responsible for planning and executing high impactful projects that lead to actionable insight generation through big data advanced analytics like predictive analytics (AI) and machine learning. Key responsibilities: Drive data engineering initiatives that include gathering, compiling, and synthesizing data needs from different partners Analyze source systems such as the CVS dispensing system, patient data repositories, SFDC, Teradata data warehouse, insurance etc. Lead and participate in building conformed scalable data layer and product layer that will support a multitude of products, reporting, and high-end analytics. Coordinate with the business, understand requirements, and develop the solution that aligns with the overall data strategy Work with the IT team to ensure that solutions are built based on the design.The successful candidate will have the ability to understand new functional areas within the healthcare domain, interact with both business and technical teams, and present solutions to solve real business problems.
