Provider Data Services Admin (Fully Remote)

Job DescriptionThis position can be Work From Home Anywhere in the United States. - Ensure all BOT created emails are selecting the correct Delegate in PRMS cases-Ensuring the BOT created cases are moved along in the process per our routing rules- Maintains standards for data integrity, data corrections, and manages communication processes with other departments regarding data findings.- Provides support for provider roster data transaction validations; resolves high volume/high impact systemic problems through proactive and reactive mechanisms (e.g. automation, route audit programs, data reporting, root cause analysis).- Identifies, researches and creates rework cases as neededRequired Qualifications- 3+ Years of experience and knowledge of provider systems - Demonstrates a multi-discipline (e.g., claim, IT, etc.) approach to problem solving that reflects a broad, strategic understanding of the business.- Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written- Demonstrated mastery of PC skills, proven ability to extract data and maintain data integrity while working with large spreadsheets of data. - Strong Excel skills and Foundation in Access at minimum.- PRMS experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
