Job DescriptionResponsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of designated Coram operations.Assumes delegated responsibilities for the management of the administrative and operational aspects of Coram for aterritory which may include but is not limited to admissions, billing, warehouse, and clinical program operations.Manages operation functions including purchasing, receiving, inventory control, production, distribution, andreimbursement management. Manages the on-call schedule for territory. Manages and administers the EmergencyResponse/Disaster Preparedness Plan.Promotes and communicates the philosophies, goals, and objectives of the Company. Delegates authority andresponsibility to subordinates in accordance with Company policies and procedures and requires adequate controls.Follows established channels of authority and communicates throughout all levels of the organization to keep employees informed of all matters for which they are responsible or would concern them. Manages phones, HVAC, etc., and coordinates the repair of the maintenance facilities.Maintains appropriate documentation and records regarding administrative, operational, and clinical activities within Coram.Prepares and submits designated reports regarding Coram operational activities, as deemed necessary and appropriate, to corporate management. Contributes to the development and preparation of clinical/operations budgets and financial planning.Participates in Coram sales and marketing activities by communicating with current and potential clients, conducting in-services, and participating in joining marketing call with sales/marketing staff.Plans and coordinates the orientation and education of new personnel and continuing education programs for professional staff.Directs, coordinates, and evaluates Coram operations and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints andresolving problems..Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Assists other management or Regional Vice President with special projects or research as requested. Schedule will be Monday through Friday and hours will vary. Typically 11am to 7pm and 8am to 4pm on Friday. May fluctuate based on business needs.Required QualificationsMinimum four years of related experience with minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.Microsoft business software.Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent detail orientation and time-management skills.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
