Job DescriptionThe Triage analyst handles the front end intake process for Service Warranties. This individual will be expected to have a high level understanding of the overall Service Warranty process and be able to determine whether Service Warranty submissions are appropriate. Items of review will include, but are not limited to: -- General knowledge of which types of submissions should be reprocessed versus handled manually -- Is the selection of Issue (CVS error), Request (non-CVS error), or Maintenance of business appropriate based on the description?-- Are all required fields populated with valid information? -- Are required attachments s/documentation present and valid? The Triage analyst will be expected to review submissions based on standard criteria as well as numerous client or process specific exceptions. This role will manage submissions to our 5 day triage turnaround time, set the appropriate expected completion date, and ensure that the SW can move to the next step of our process.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
