Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity at CVS Health If you are passionate about making a difference in the work you do and solving complex problems, while contributing to helping patients on their path to better health, consider growing your career as a Manager with the CVS Health Pharmacy Product Innovation & Development teamThe Product Development Manager will be a key part of a high-performing team focused on implementing strategies to realize value in our work to achieve our mission of helping patients on their path to better health through improved patient outcomes. As Manager, you will primarily be focused on:- Designing and implementing business processes and systems for operationalizing innovative customer care messaging programs- Monitoring program performance, proactively detecting performance issues before they become problematic, and identifying corrective actions and performance improvement opportunities- Driving to successful completion projects that extend program capabilities, increase capacity, improve performance, and result in volumetric scale while increasing healthcare outcomes- Building new and leveraging existing collaborative relationships with internal business partners and external B2B clients- Leading and contributing to quantitative and qualitative analyses, and critical communications for potential new experiences designed to influence consumer-health behaviors, improve outcomes, and lower healthcare costs- Developing business cases, tracking progress against key milestones, and creating and implementing outcomes analyses to support scaled implementation of products and service opportunitiesResponsibilities include:- Contributing to the diagnosis, solution development, and planning of multiple strategic products, reporting, and services- Delivering quantitative and qualitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at help increase program efficacy- Assisting in creating executive level readouts and presentation materials for leadershipRequired Qualifications- 3+ years of experience developing and managing healthcare service programs that engage patients and drive positive healthcare outcomes- 3+ years of increasing responsibility managing and developing business processes across an enterprise organization- 3+ years of managing and influencing in a matrix team organization with a positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to work on multiple workstreams- 3+ years of managing one or more direct reports- Expertise with MS Office SuiteCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
