Senior Enterprise Economics Manager

Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager of Enterprise Economics will be responsible for developing positions, recommendations, and analysis regarding financial decisions that span across the entire suite of CVS Health assets. The ideal candidate will be able to present complex topics in a clear and concise manner to executive level leadership with the desired result of gaining understanding and alignment. This role coordinates and collaborates with both finance and business owners within CVS Health's major segments. This is a highly visible role in providing senior management with the information they need to make critical business decisions. Strong analytics, intellectual curiosity, and problem-solving skills are highly desired to be successful in this role. Responsibilities include: Development of detailed analyses and positions across a variety of subjects to be used as a tool to solve some of the organizations most complex topics Partnering with various groups across the healthcare benefits, pharmacy benefits management, and retail pharmacy organizations to recommend enterprise impacts and solutions Oversee complex analytical projects both as an individual contributor and through delegation Help support the enterprise long-term financial planning process and assist with strategic initiatives as needed Provide analytical support for ad hoc analysis as requested by senior managementRequired Qualifications5+ years of finance work experience including financial planning processes and financial analysis.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
