Job Descriptiono Increase consumer satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently delivering competitive and reliable services to our customers by serving as the bridge between Client Services and File Operations. The position involves extensive troubleshooting and effective communicating to resolve issues and provide support for our customers. Inquiries and problems will be handled via telephone, internet, or written correspondence and may be basic or complex in nature.o Answer questions and resolve issues based on phone calls or emails from clients and vendors. Triage resulting work to appropriate staff. Document and track issues until resolution is achieved.o Explain problems and specific action steps required for resolution to clients and vendors, providing any necessary education to support the explanations.o Identify areas within existing processes where efficiency and accuracy can be improved.o Work closely with other IT groups to facilitate resolution of technical issues or enhance existing processes.Required Qualificationso Functional Experienceï‚§ Functional - Information Technology - Data / info management & architecture/1-3 Yearsï‚§ Functional - Customer Service - Customer service - customer support environment/1-3 Years o Technology Experienceï‚§ Technical - EDI - EDI/1-3 Years/System Supportï‚§ Technical - Operating Systems - Windows/1-3 Years/Power Usero Other Qualificationsï‚§ Experience in a production environment.ï‚§ Customer Service experience in a transaction-based environment such as a cell center or retail location preferred.ï‚§ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.ï‚§ Ability to adjust communication style to target audience including client/vendor/carrier contactsï‚§ Proficient with Microsoft Office products. ï‚§ Basic knowledge of FSA, HSA, COBRA, and Direct Billing products.ï‚§ Experience with SFTP and ETL processes preferred.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
